STAND TALL. MOVE FREELY.

Fascial therapy for life on the go.

Welcome to Inline Rolfing, where we offer professional and transformative structural integration services that will leave you feeling aligned and rejuvenated.

Rolfing® Structural Integration

Rolfing® brings ease and order into the structure of the body through opening, shifting and creating fluidity in the facial layers. Fascia is a densely innervated tissue in the body and surrounds all nerve, organ, skeletal and muscle tissue in a singular comprehensive network. Certified Rolfers® work to increase awareness of movement patterns and the felt experience of the body through a system of fascial manipulation and interactive therapy called the Ten Series.

The Ten Series

Highly interactive and feedback driven bodywork.

Rolfing® SI work aims to rebalance the entire structure through access of this tissue, starting on the most outside layer, working in. By releasing and freeing structures, and through realignment and balance, mobility and movement can increase, which can help to alleviate pain and discomfort, increase flexibility and energy, and create overall ease in the body.

ALIGN YOUR BODY

Most human beings are out of alignment with gravity and that creating greater alignment in the body allows better function within the gravitational field.

IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE

The improvement of posture is directly aided by manual manipulation of fascial tissue to release fascial dissonance and re-balance the structure.

LIBERATE YOUR MOVEMENT

Movement is an integral part of each session. We work together to decrease fascial holding thereby allowing the most natural and balanced movement to occur.
